1. Digital products
All digital products sold by 4TheCultureCrypto — including The DByrd Method™ Premium Edition and any other guide, PDF, template, or downloadable resource — are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Because access is granted instantly and the product cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
2. Services and scheduled sessions
Paid services — including the 1-on-1 Portfolio Review, the Exit Strategy Session, and the Bundle — are booked through our scheduling system after purchase. You may reschedule a session at any time before it begins using the link provided at purchase. If you do not attend a scheduled session and did not reschedule beforehand, the session is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
3. Memberships
Memberships bill on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops all future billing. Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable, and access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel a membership at any time from your Whop account under your active memberships. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Problems with your purchase
If a product fails to deliver, a file will not open, or you were charged incorrectly, contact us before opening a dispute. We will correct genuine delivery and billing errors. Email info@4theculturecrypto.com.
6. Merchant of record
Purchases are processed by Whop as merchant of record. Whop’s buyer terms apply to your transaction in addition to this policy, and Whop collects and remits applicable sales tax and VAT. Where Whop’s terms grant you a right that this policy does not, Whop’s terms control.
